Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

First Call Construction is seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning and executing home renovation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Select and manage trade subcontractors to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and manage project budgets to meet client expectations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of construction staff to ensure efficient project execution
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and develop strategies to minimize risks
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
Work Environment:
