Job Title: Home Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovation Specialist to join our team at First Call Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and prepare work schedules, select and employ trade subcontractors, and coordinate their activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets, including preparing estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and develop and implement business plans to drive growth and success.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that plans and specifications are met, and prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

30 to 35 hours per week.
