Job Summary

The Corporate Payroll Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our payroll systems, ensuring accurate processing and effective management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dayforce and Workday, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
- Maintain and optimize the Dayforce and Workday HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll and HR regulations and standards.
- Generate and analyze payroll and HRIS reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide support and training to various stakeholders on payroll and HRIS systems.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in payroll and HRIS management, with extensive experience in Dayforce and Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and HRIS best practices.

Bonus Points

- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
- Advanced degree in human resources or a related field.
- Global experience in managing payroll and HRIS.
