Job Title: Automotive Painting and Refinishing Technician

CSN Hamilton is seeking a skilled Automotive Painting and Refinishing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Repair and refinish vehicle bodies, including painting and applying primers
  • Use various tools and equipment, such as sanders, grinders, and paint sprayers
  • Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction and quality
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive painting and refinishing
  • Strong knowledge of painting and refinishing techniques and materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
