Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at JEN'S INTERIOR PAINTING INC. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Facilities Support: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance, perform safety and security checks, and move heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
