Job Title: Construction Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at Jen's Interior Painting Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, including hallways, stairs, and other high-traffic areas
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures

Working Conditions
