Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Zee Liquor Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Technology: Familiarity with electronic cash registers and Interac machines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
