Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Liquor 2 Go. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and recommendations.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
Work Environment:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Liquor 2 Go, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and lift heavy loads as part of your daily duties.
