Job Summary:

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is a critical role at Tiffany & Co., responsible for maintaining a secure environment for customers and employees. This position requires a unique blend of security expertise and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
  • Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and implement security protocols.
  • Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to and report any incidents or missing assets.
  • Assist in supervision of task delegation and training of security members.
  • Schedule and coordinate facilities repairs and communicate with store team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in luxury retail.
  • Experience in a retail/security environment.
  • 1 year prior experience in a security-related position with an emphasis on customer service.
