About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our team at Paladin Security's Healthcare Division. As a Hospital Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarms and emergency calls for assistance.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents.
  • Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class 5 License.
  • Valid Security License.
  • First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
