Job Title: Security Officer - Hospital Setting

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Officer to join our team at the Claresholm Hospital. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and alarms, and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Patrol the facility to identify potential risks and hazards.
  • Monitor patient safety and document incidents as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking and lifting.
