About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Les Jardins de la Noblesse. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Operate Industrial Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances, and ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance tasks, such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and be able to work independently.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be required to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
