About the Role

Fahim Catering Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Ensure that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain Records and Inventory: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality food and supplies to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
