Insurance Broker

At Western Coast Insurance Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
- No prior experience is required, as we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience in a similar or comparable role is an asset
