Procurement Specialist

At Incora, we're seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as a Buyer II.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for applying a clear and accurate understanding of the policies and procedures for purchasing products in support of requirements to successfully satisfy sales orders obtained by the Sales and Customer Program departments.
Key responsibilities include reviewing incoming purchase requisitions for routine and non-routine purchases and contracts, identifying approved suppliers, obtaining quotes (RFQ's) for competitive bidding, and awarding the purchase order in support of business plans and strategic objectives to meet company procurement standards and philosophies.
The Buyer II will also assist in the training of less experienced buyers under the guidance of Buyer III and/or department manager.
Preferred qualifications include demonstrated knowledge and experience of purchasing practices and procedures, as well as 1 year of Wesco purchasing experience. Strong knowledge of Wesco commodities or aerospace parts is also preferred.
