Your primary goal will be to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs, ensuring that our facilities are always safe and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating equipment, and maintaining conveyor belts.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues, such as leaks, HVAC, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance services.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety of common areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a facilities and maintenance technician or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repair techniques for facility-related issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
