Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Team Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in our store. You will work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and develop the skills of your team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives and develop the skills of team members
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- A comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure your success in the role
