Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at St Louis Bar and Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
