Job Title: Sales/Client Retention Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales/Client Retention Coordinator is a key role within the Signal team, responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a proactive, strategic, and dynamic individual who can effectively manage the sales pipeline, engage with clients, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales visits and focus on the sales process to target profitable, recurring revenue
  • Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue through contract extensions, expanding services, and annual rate increases
  • Maintain and develop a client and prospect database using our proprietary CRM to assist with follow-up and manage the sales pipeline
  • Identify market opportunities and execute on sales accountabilities to generate new lead opportunities directly impacting revenue
  • Deliver presentations to small and large groups, including training sessions, webinars, and conference calls
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Revenue Growth, Revenue Per Owned Population, Same Customer Sales, Customer Retention, Daily Sales Outstanding, and A.R Over 90 days

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of Security Sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Adapt to established procedures and help identify and solve problems
  • Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress, add value, and continuously improve
  • Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values, and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor
