About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Manor Clinic. This is a permanent, full-time position working 32-40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare trial balance of books.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as well as tax returns.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent education.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Work Setting
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer.
  • Willingness to relocate for this opportunity.
