Job Description

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, quality improvement, and performance enhancement.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with experience in food manufacturing, packaging, and processing. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably supported by a Diploma in Process Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Technology, or a Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of process improvement identification and implementation
  • Proficiency in downtime tracking data, Microsoft Office, and Google tools
  • Knowledge of IBM Cognos, Python, Pandas, and SQL programming languages
  • Experience with data analysis and ETL or visualization tools
