Mental Health and Substance Use Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN)

Job Summary:

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to join our team in Mental Health and Substance Use. As an inpatient mental health and substance use specialist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)

  • Experience working in mental health and substance use
