Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2776152 Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
