Content Manager

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Content Manager will play a crucial role in managing and conducting various general contents/cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe working environment by prioritizing safety in all aspects of the job.
- Assist in creating and revising preliminary master schedules for production staff, detailing the sequence of all work to be performed.
- Coordinate and supervise Pack outs in customers' business or dwellings.
- Coordinate and supervise contents cleaning at our facilities as a result of smoke/fire/water damages.
- Prepare non-restorable contents lists for our customers.
- Assist the Project Manager with a working schedule for the purpose of estimating.
- Ensure company vehicle policies are adhered to and enforced.
- Actively participate in finalizing priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
- Enter production project information into Restore software system.
- Provide job-specific information to project managers, project managers' assistants, production staff, adjusters, owners, sub-contractors, and vendors as necessary.
- Research and investigate new technologies (equipment, processes, products, etc.).
- Manage safety notifications and communication to the contents production staff.
- Review contents handling/cleaning jobs assigned daily and communicate with other associates involved as needed.
- Check routing and directions to each job as required.
- Inspect materials and equipment required for the scheduled jobs is in good working order and loaded on company vehicles prior to leaving the office.
- Create a requisition for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week.
- Complete jobs to specifications to customer's satisfaction.
- Inspect the work completed to ensure the job meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
- Facilitate customer inspection of the job after completion, request customer signs off on the form indicating their satisfaction, and process payment for work completed.
- Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project with the Property Owner, Insurance Adjuster, Insurance Company, and/or Corporate Client.
This position requires a high level of physical exertion. Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.
