Content Manager

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Content Manager will play a crucial role in managing and conducting various general contents/cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure a safe working environment by prioritizing safety in all aspects of the job.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and revise preliminary master schedules for production staff, detailing the sequence of all work to be performed.
- Coordinate and supervise pack-outs in customers' businesses or dwellings.
- Oversee contents cleaning at our facilities resulting from smoke/fire/water damages.
- Prepare non-restorable contents lists for our customers.
- Assist the Project Manager with estimating and working schedules.
- Enforce company vehicle policies and ensure compliance.
- Participate in finalizing priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times.
- Enter production project information into the Restore software system.
- Provide job-specific information to project managers, production staff, adjusters, owners, sub-contractors, and vendors as necessary.
- Research and investigate new technologies (equipment, processes, products, etc.).
- Manage safety notifications and communication to the contents production staff.
- Review contents handling/cleaning jobs assigned daily and communicate with other associates involved as needed.
- Inspect materials and equipment required for scheduled jobs and ensure they are in good working order.
- Create requisitions for materials and equipment needed for pick-up at the end of each working week.
- Complete jobs to specifications to customer satisfaction.
- Inspect work completed to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
- Facilitate customer inspection of the job after completion and process payment for work completed.
- Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
This position requires a high level of physical exertion and moderate intensity of sensory effort.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
