Benefits and Pension Plan Officer

About the Role:
Tabor Village is seeking a skilled Benefits and Pension Plan Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering our pension and benefits plans, ensuring that our employees receive the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans.
- Store, update and retrieve financial data.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems.
- Prepare monthly statements.
- Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Human resources software experience.
- MS Excel and MS Windows proficiency.
- Criminal record check.
