Benefits and Pension Plan Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Pension Plan Officer to join our team at Tabor Village. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering our employee benefits and pension plans, ensuring that our staff receive the support they need to thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process payroll and benefits-related documents, including T4 statements and pension plan statements
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime
- Administer our employee benefits program, including dental, disability, health care, and vision care benefits
- Perform data entry and maintain our HR software systems
- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as human resources or business administration
- Minimum 7 months of experience in a benefits administration role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
