We are seeking a dedicated Education Specialist for Child Development to support the growth and education of young children in St. John's, Canada.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital part in creating engaging educational programs and environments that foster learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
  • Environment Design: Create safe, stimulating, and organized learning environments that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly observe and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide personalized support and ensure seamless communication about each child's learning journey.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized classroom environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is essential for this role.
  • Valid ECE certification in Canada is required for this position.
  • Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
