- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of products in your department.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience as a department manager in a food retail store or any other relevant experience including personnel management.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of the computer system and SMS software.
- Education: Formation or certification in food hygiene and safety (an asset).
- Soft Skills: Team-oriented approach and customer service focus, good communication skills, and ability to manage stress, organizational and planning skills, autonomy, and sense of priorities, good judgment, and analytical spirit, diplomacy.
