You'll build positive relationships with your team members, and take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests, and follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Manage inventory and ordering
