Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their performance
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
