**Job Summary**
Metrie is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our Edmonton Manufacturing team. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support plant continuous improvement initiatives, including safety, efficiency, and quality enhancements.
- Ensure daily production meets requirements, including on-time delivery and product quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and fabrications using machine shop instruments.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain continuity and ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**
- Successful completion of coursework in Maintenance & Mechatronics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production equipment and millwright best practices.
- Familiarity with Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical systems, as well as basic PLC knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, web-based applications, and SAP.
