About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team at Dik's Market House. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap area and surrounding shelves.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 40 hours per week.
