Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at D Dhillon. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Perform first aid and provide emergency care when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
