Business Operations Coordinator

The Business Operations Coordinator role at Prince George Taxi is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
We are seeking a highly skilled coordinator to assist in various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Key responsibilities of the Business Operations Coordinator include:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Preparing and distributing reports and correspondence
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. You will be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and have a strong attention to detail.
