**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager to join our team at Fortinet, Inc.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with R&D, Customer Support, and Sales teams to manage critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution related to Fortinet's key products.

You will be responsible for managing escalations from the field, understanding customer requirements, and tracking projects until solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex customer escalations and work closely with sales and support engineers.
  • Develop and implement project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Fortinet's products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development, or QA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
