Exciting Opportunity for a Construction Supervisor at Build It Back

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Build It Back. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project completion.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to under 1 year of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Work Environment: Outdoor work setting with potential for noisy surroundings.
