Job Summary:

Keller Construction is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to lead our construction sites in Western Canada. As a key member of our Project Teams, you will be responsible for managing all daily construction activities and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site operations, including safety, field personnel, and subtrades
  • Utilize technology such as Procore and Holobuilder to manage projects
  • Ensure project schedules are on track and meeting intended milestones
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Be willing to be hands-on as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent level work experience in commercial construction
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in various technologies
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements
  • Willingness to travel out of town is an asset
