Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Advisor Life, Health to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for providing integrated life insurance planning and advice to clients, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships, and promoting a client-first mindset in a digital environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients to understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice
  • Promote a client-first mindset by meeting clients at their convenience
  • Develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools
  • Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales goals
  • Build external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centres of influence
  • Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities to meet established targets
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a strong ambition to succeed
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete
  • 1-2+ years' professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence
  • Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools
