We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Master to join our team at MOON BENTO SUSHI. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of several restaurants
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
