Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Mamma's Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, increasing hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 32.5 hours per week.
