About the Role

Mainstreet Equity Corp is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at an apartment complex. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the building and its common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Transportation: Own vehicle and valid driver's license required.
