Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Job Summary:

The Light Duty Cleaner will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
