Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at High River Donair and Pizza. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders accurately, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that supplies are readily available for use.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Familiarity with conventional ovens, electronic cash registers, and grills.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, initiative, dependability, and positive attitude.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will be required to work in a clean and safe environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
What We Offer- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30-40 hours per week.
