Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our coffee shop and food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
As a Food Service Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. You will also work under pressure to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
