The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring financial aspects of contracts, preparing sales invoices, and forecasting revenue. This role will also involve communicating with various departments and external parties, including customers, auditors, and accounting groups.
Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining projects in SAP and Timberline, preparing scope changes and CCNs for contract modifications, and completing month-end accruals for revenue recognition. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will review monthly revenue recognition results, prepare project variance reports, and work with Project Managers to issue milestone billings.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is necessary. Knowledge of SAP and spreadsheet applications is an asset.
