Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best prices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Work Term: Permanent position with regular working hours.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
