Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
