Job Title: Lead Auditor

Crédit Agricole SA is seeking a highly skilled Lead Auditor to join our team. As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audit assignments from planning to reporting, assessing risks, and validating control environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
  2. Assess risks and validate control environments to ensure design and operating effectiveness.
  3. Review and challenge processes and controls to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Verify compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Monitor fieldwork and adjust audit scope as needed.
  6. Maintain close communication with management on audit progress.
  7. Notify management of major control weaknesses and escalate as necessary.
  8. Manage and organize interviews and debriefing meetings.
  9. Finalize audit reports and ensure adherence to IGE/IGL Methodologies.
  10. Contribute to the development of IGE's knowledge and expertise on model risks.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in audit, with 4-8 years in model auditing.
  • Project management skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Interpersonal skills and autonomy.
  • Accuracy and reliability.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of auditing principles.
