RailWorks Corporation seeks a skilled Track Maintenance Professional to join their team. As a key member of the track maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of trains by maintaining and repairing tracks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with experience in track maintenance and repair. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry is required, along with knowledge of all aspects of track maintenance. Certification in Canadian Railway Operating Rules is also an asset.

A valid driver's license and proficiency in the use of computers and other equipment are necessary for this role. The ability to read and understand specific documents, including schedules and standard railway plans, is also essential.

The successful candidate will work outdoors at construction sites, frequently standing, walking, climbing, balancing, lifting, bending, and moving objects up to 50 pounds. They will be exposed to all weather conditions, including very hot and cold temperatures, loud noise, live track/trains, and high voltage.

This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work days, afternoons, and nights. Travel may be required.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on location and experience. RailWorks Corporation offers a competitive compensation package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
